Providing training to all individuals involved in a child's growth and development is crucial for the child's overall success. This inclusive approach allows our team to impart valuable strategies to family members, school or daycare teams, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, nannies, and others who play a significant role in the child's life. By equipping these key figures with the right tools and knowledge, we ensure that the child can generalize skills across various environments, fostering consistency and confidence. This collaborative effort encompasses all aspects of the child's life, including community involvement, academic performance, peer relationships, and family dynamics. Regular communication and ongoing training are fundamental to maintaining the continuity and effectiveness of interventions. When everyone involved is on the same page, the child benefits from a cohesive and supportive network, which is essential for their developmental success.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a scientific approach to understanding and improving human behavior. Often used to help individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders, ABA therapy focuses on teaching skills and behaviors that enhance quality of life and promote independence.
A key component of ABA therapy is its emphasis on measurable and observable goals. Therapists work closely with individuals and their families to set specific, achievable objectives. Progress is continuously monitored and strategies are adjusted as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
ABA therapy is versatile and can be applied in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities. Techniques used in ABA therapy include discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and verbal behavior interventions, among others. These methods are designed to improve communication, social skills, and daily living skills. Overall, ABA therapy is a dynamic and evidence-based approach that empowers individuals to lead fulfilling and productive lives. By fostering positive behavior changes and teaching essential skills, ABA therapy offers hope and support to countless individuals and their families.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
“Working with Aubrey was a blessing. Our son Julian, was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3. We worked with a few different therapists before finding Aubrey. Julian started working with her when he was 4 years old; he was pretty limited at that time in his abilities to get through a typical day (struggled with brushing his hair or teeth, bolting away from us in public, limited verbal communication, not able to express his emotions and challenges with transitioning between any sort of task). Aubrey has a very unique gift and understanding for the process of ABA, the individuality of each child she works with and how to put in place appropriate goals. She was always incredibly flexible and responsive if we reached out with a new concern that came up at home and modified his plans and goals to exactly what was needed. We worked with Aubrey for just under two years and Julian was able to graduate out of his ABA program by mastering all of his goals! Julian was able to enroll in public school for kindergarten and has been excelling at school, making friends, trying sports and enjoying everyday life!! Our family is so fortunate to have met and worked with Aubrey.”
